Imhoff Youth “This is Entertainment, But the Injuries Are Real” Review

I may have just stumbled upon the greatest punk rock export to come out of Germany since Dee Dee Ramone. Imhoff Youth is a band that’s been around for over a decade and I can’t get over how fucking perfect their This is Entertainment But the Injuries Are Real 7” is. They’re like Pink Lincolns meets Black Flag singing about wrestling themes. Songs about how real wrestling is, being sued by Vince McMahon and asking what happened to Bret “The Hitman” Hart. Imhoff Youth is NOT a cheap gimmick band, these guys rule. Need I say more? Buy this 7″, it’s fucking brutal.
