Every other week I write micro blurb reviews of amazing new music and records. Below is the latest batch of music that you need to check out.

Natterers – Demo ‘16

Short and to the point UK punk rock. These are fucking anthems. What’s there not to like? Someone sign the Natterers already!

Nerve Damage – The Free EP

Smart punk rock from Bridgewater, NJ. At times this reminds me of really early Against Me! but with insane amount of production value. Beautifully crafted sing along songs! Great stuff.

The Wasties – Deceased Beach Bar Mitzvah

I’m the biggest sucker for surf guitar. The Wasties match rockabilly sensitivities with straight-forward surf riffs then add a bangin’ rhythm section and a vocalist that not only matches all these influences but makes it his own and you’ve got a band and a release in “Deceased Beach Bar Mitzvah” that doesn’t disappoint. Throw in some theremin and you’ve got me as a fan for life.

Fuzz Toads – Monolith

The Fuzz Toads hit a home run with their flavor of fuzz rock. I’ve been saying this for a while but there’s seriously something in the water in Perth. That or really, really good weed. Bust out the black lights for some solid jams.

The Irreplaceables – S/T

Click for Facebook pageThis record sounds like the summer of 1998. Fast, silly sing-along  pop punk rock from West Virginia. Fighting the P.C. police. Good stuff all around.
