New(erish) Music: Pool Party’s “Halloween”

Nothing gets us going and more amped around these here digital parts than new music. And new music from good friends is even better. Pool Party is one of South Florida’s best, and tonight they’ll be rocking alongside punk rock royalty at Churchill’s Pub when they share the stage with Kepi Ghoulie (Groovie Ghoulies), Portland’s raucous rock and roll debasers Mean Jeans and the artists formerly known as F.Y.P., Toys that Kill.

Other locals like Party Flag, Pre-tenses and DJ Peligro will be along for the ride in this Halloween-inspired show that will feature a costume contest with prizes. Plenty of rock and all for a miserable and very affordable $6.66. Clever.
